I took the above photo while visiting Mazatlán in May 2026, on a much-needed vacation with my wife. As I looked out over the ocean and listened to the waves crashing, I started thinking about the future. What do we want to achieve in the next year? How about the next five years? Beyond that, what do we want our future to look like? Inevitably, my thoughts turned to retirement.
