We handle the initial outreach and qualification, so you can focus on building the relationship and providing value from your very first call with the prospective client. We provide non-investment-focused education to clients regarding their retirement plan options, so you're not stuck explaining the basics. We let you concentrate on what you do best -- helping your clients make informed decisions about their retirement planning.

We're focused on building trust with both the business owner and your team. We pride ourselves on connecting you with the right opportunities for your practice, not selling you a list of phone numbers and wishing you luck.
We begin laying the groundwork for a solid client relationship from our first contact with the business owner, so you can focus on what you do best when the time comes for you to make the connection.
There are no fees from us -- none -- unless you agree to a referral. You only pay for the opportunities you choose to pursue. You are never under any obligation to accept any opportunities that don't align with your practice or your clients' needs. You will never receive an unsolicited referral with an accompanying invoice.
Referrals, not leads.
Here's a brief summary of how the process works:
- Seashore identifies business owners who are interested in establishing a qualified retirement plan with your guidance.
- We gather key information about the business owner's business and financial needs and goals.We discuss retirement plan options with them to ensure they understand the benefits and costs, and how a retirement plan fits into their overall financial strategy. We teach them the basics of retirement plans so you don't have to start from scratch.
- We reach out to them on your behalf to introduce your team and services. We reach out to you simultaneously to provide key information about the opportunity to ensure it's a good fit for your practice as well. You let us know what kinds of opportunities you want to see. We won't waste your time with referrals that aren't a good fit for you.
- If there's a good fit, we provide contact information and any additional context that will help you prepare for your initial contact with the business owner. We don't charge you for anything until this information is provided to you. You pay only for the opportunities you wish to pursue.
